  • Market research, commercial property and business value evaluation
  • Social Media and online Marketing
  • Translate English into Chinese for Chinese websites  and Chinese social media
  • Website maintenance
  • Preparation of purchase contracts and commercial leases
  • Listing uploads and website maintenance
  • Coordinating and following through on the contract process for clients
  • Other office duty assigned



  • Being organized, detail oriented and quick to identify solutions to various concerns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and computer skills
  • A strong team player with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
